How do I become an Album Options ® Retailer?
Album Options ® line is available to qualified retail establishments.
I understand that a qualified retail establishment is under the discretion of
Scrapbook Embossing, Inc.
Complete the Retailer Wholesale Application and include a copy of your
Tax ID license. You may use the electronic application below, e-mail,
mail or fax completed forms. Please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt for approvals.
How much is a minimum order for retailers?
Your initial order is a minimum purchase of $250 wholesale;
subsequent orders must meet the requirement of albums being sold in packs of two in the
same color and size with no minimum dollar amount.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using paper forms you
understand that current prices may not be reflected on the form you are using.
You are are encouraged to download the current order form or to use the
online ordering system. All orders will be invoiced at current prices.
How long for product shipment?
Orders are shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. Allow 7-10 working days for
order processing. Our aim to have all colors and sizes in stock at all times for prompt shipping.
Our primary shipping carrier is Fed-Ex Ground. Alternative shipping arrangements can be
made if notified in advanced. Drop Shipment and the use of your shipping
account is also available.
What is the policy on returns and credits?
Any discrepancies with received product must be reported within 48 hours of
receipt with no exceptions. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery to claim damaged
or missing product to receive a refund. Shiping carrier may request digital photos of both iside
and outside of carton. Do not destroy or discard any packing materials until claim has been made,
doing so will void your insurance claim.
Any stock item in perfect condition can be returned within 30 days at the customer's expense
minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be given upon inspection of returned product being in perfect condition.
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Customers must call to obtain a return
authorization number before any return is accepted.
There are absolutely no refunds on custom digital albums and or customized products.
How are backordered items handled?
Our policy is to ship all in stock products from your order and then ship any back-ordered products
as soon as they become available. An invoice will be included in the shipment that lists which items are
back-ordered. You will be billed and invoiced for shipping on product backorders unless noted otherwise.
What if I need a custom album color?
We offer our wholesaler retailers the ability to order low minimum quantities of custom album colors.
Custom album orders are priced on an individual quantity, color and size requirements.
Can I buy just a spine or front cover of an album?
Absolutely, our Album Options ® line was particularly designed for our hot foil stamping retailers.
In the event just a part needs to be replaced you will have the option to purchase just that.
Individual parts must be ordered with a qualifying wholesale order.
How do I upload photos for the Album Options ® Custom Digital Covers?
Your customers will have the option to use one of our Custom Digital Cover templates or
upload their own custom design or photo. Once the Custom Digital Cover design is submitted we
will send a digital proof for approval allowing for any final changes. Changes beyond the original
proof will incur additional design fees. Once final design is accepted please allow the normal ordering
processing time of 7-10 working days.
