Preferred Retailer! This form will complete your custom album purchased from your retailer.
Read ALL instructions below before proceeding to complete
your order in Step 3.
STEP 1:
Complete all optional sections as highlighted in blue.
You may upload your photos in either two sections, in the Options Section or in the Tab Section.
Once you click "Complete Your Order" in Step 3 you will choose your actual desired album design
or submit your own design.
STEP 2:
Checkout process - You must complete the checkout process (you will not be charged) by entering your local retailer's name and indicating that you have paid your retailer in the payment method. Your order confirmation and proof will be sent direct to your local retailer. Without the name of your retailer your order will be rejected.
